Football is the most popular and widespread sport in the world. In the article, the physiological indicators of young football players were analyzed based on literature data. Based on literature data, aerobic, anaerobic and special endurance development methods, conditions of adaptation of football players' bodies during the implementation of training tools aimed at developing speed and endurance were considered. At the same time, according to the sources, a set of exercises was proposed to develop the endurance of football players and their effectiveness was shown.
