Abstract

This article examines the issue of improving students' physical and mental well-being through physical education. In view of modern education and lifestyles, many students face physical and mental stress problems, which can affect their academic performance and overall health. This article focuses on the various aspects of using exercise and sports activities to improve the overall health and well-being of students, as well as the effectiveness of such methods.
