Among the post-Soviet countries, Azerbaijan has become the largest contributor to GDP to overcome the economic difficulties caused by COVID-19. Ensuring favorable economic conditions in the postpandemic period is as important as supporting the economy during the pandemic. Thus, it seems that all programs and activities, including large amounts of public funding, will maintain economic balance and ensure longterm development. The article examines the impact of the financial crises of the Jovid-19 pandemic on the social sphere in Azerbaijan and the measures taken to reduce these effects.
