PERFORMİNG CONTROL OF SPEED QUALİTİES THROUGH A NON-LİNEAR REGRESSİON MODEL

Abstract

The article is devoted to the control of speed qualities of athletes by means of a non-linear regression model. Based on the conducted studies, it was found that the dependence between the physiological and biomechanical indicators of athletes is expressed by the parabola equation of the second form. Regression equations for athletes of different levels were established based on empirical indicators recorded with the help of modern technical tools. By predicting physiological and biomechanical indicators, these equations allow the coach to organize appropriate test tasks in order to improve the athlete's strengths and develop his weaknesses.
