The article deals with the issues related to the study of methods and means of education of general and special endurance and working capacity among wrestlers. Based on the results of the survey, it can be concluded that the best for the development of endurance among wrestlers - sambo wrestlers is considered to be the age of 12-14 years; to increase the level of physical fitness, the circular training method is mostly chosen. Among the respondents, 51.0% believe that the use of "wrestling" basketball (rugball) is a favorable factor in the upbringing of special (speed - power) endurance of wrestlers. In the process of training, most of the respondents use alternating continuous and repetitive methods to increase aerobic capacity. For the development of special endurance among 14-year-old wrestlers, training fights are used, which differ in the pace of their implementtation, the duration and intervals of rest between fights. And also in the course of the questioning it was revealed that the special endurance of the wrestler is manifested in the ability of the wrestler to conduct a fight at a high pace and quickly restore working capacity after its end, and when improving the wrestler's ability to perform work more economically in the training process of training wrestlers - sambo wrestlers, the method of long middle fights is used. or below average intensity.
