WAYS OF DEVELOPMENT OF MILITARY-TECHNICAL KINDS OF SPORT IN AZERBAIJAN DURING THE YEARS OF INDEPENDENCE

Abstract

The development of  military-technical kinds of sport in Azerbaijan during the years of independence; the tasks, essence, significance of military-patriotic education; the protection of the interests of the Azerbaijani state; the duty of the citizens of Azerbaijan; the preparation of the young generation to defend their Motherland; the widespread use of various equipment in the Armed Forces; mass attracting of the  young people in their free time to technical and military-technical sports; contacts of the voluntary military-patriotic technical and sports society (VMPTSS); the activities of defense organizations; contests of regional and city committees of the VMPTSS together with youth organizations; the current  facilities  of sports organizations VMPTSS;  development problems of a military-technical sport; personnel training; training of young people for service in the Armed Forces; the importance of state care of national leader Heydar Aliyev about the physical and psychological health of young people, and other problems are discussed in the article.
