Abstract

In the article, the physiological basis of the development of movement qualities in sportsmen engaged in sports games was investigated and the scientific-theoretical basis of their reserves was explained. Types of movement qualities and their performance qualities are characterized in this article.

Studying the development of the movement qualities of athletes engaged in sports (football, basketball, volleyball, handball, tennis) is a great source of resources for them to get in shape. Because it develops movement qualities such as muscle strength, speed, endurance, quickness, flexibility and agility in these athletes. The studied area primarily provides them with active game activity.
