MODERN REGULATORY AND LEGAL FRAMEWORK OF SPORTS AND SPORTS MEDICINE

Abstract

This article is dedicated to the study of the regulatory and legal framework of sports and sports medicine. The author analyzes the current state of the legal framework of sports and sports medicine, as well as scientific works in the field of research. Based on the analysis, problems are identified and promising solutions are proposed.
