In the modern world, sport has become an integral part of the lives of many people. It attracts the attention of not only athletes and fans, but also researchers, coaches, and society as a whole. Sports play an important role in entertainment, health, education, and even world politics. However, achieving success in sports requires not only physical skills, but also the ability to effectively manage your emotions and interact with others. Athletes exposed to high levels of stress and intense physical activity may experience a variety of emotional states: confidence, stress and anxiety, concentration, joy and satisfaction, frustration and sadness, aggression and irritation, etc. The emotional states of athletes can vary depending on specific situations and individual characteristics. Understanding and effectively managing these emotions is an important part of mental prepa-ration in sport. In this context, the topic of developing social-emotional skills for athletes becomes extremely relevant.
