PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED IN THE PROCESS OF FORMATION OF MANAGEMENT SKILLS AMONG STUDENTS

Abstract

In order to win the management profession, it is necessary to know the social and economic realities of the modern era, to have the necessary knowledge and skills when facing them. Every student who wants to graduate as an educational manager must work with new information, concepts, and attitudes to operate in this field.

Investigating and determining the role of the mentioned conditions in the formation of management skills is one of the main goals of the research. First, it was necessary to examine the state of application of pedagogical management in management.

   Research scientists investigating pedagogical management note the presence of pedagogical principles such as planning, organization, directions, control, decision-making, problem solving, communication and motivation, data collection, conflict resolution and human relations in the formation of management skills in the discipline of pedagogy. In a word, as new pedagogical ideas advanced in the field of formation of students' management skills, a universal vision began to exist, facing serious, inseparable problems in this field. In addition to this, it was necessary to solve the important problem of acquiring new knowledge and learning how to use it in practice, along with the tasks of professional development of students in the field of pedagogical education.
