The article is devoted to the study of the most important indicators of muscle strength and the cardiovascular system: blood pressure, heart rate, muscle cyst microcycle, muscle endurance and the value of toxic tests (Stange and Genchi) in children aged 11-14 years, who are engaged in judo wrestling. It was found that in children who were engaged in judo wrestling for less than one month (control group), the values of systolic and diastolic blood pressure after exercise tend to increase, and in athletes to decrease.
In athletes, Shtange and Genchi's tests are statistically significantly higher than in children who do not go in for sports. The values of hand muscle strength and muscle endurance in athletes are significantly higher than in children who have just started training sessions. It is shown that judo wrestling classes have a beneficial effect on the health of children involved. Children with longer periods of training are much better adapted to physical activity than children in the control group.
