There is an involuntary relationship between people as they live and work together. In social psychology these relationships are called interpersonal relationships. Activities and communication processes play an important role in the formation of mutual relations. Interpersonal relationships are the tendencies, expectations, stereotypes, etc. that people perceive and value in each other. This process is carried out with the help of various communications, roads and spaces. In the process of joint activity (in a sports group), due to personal and business relationships, a relationship of mutual interest gradually emerges. This process is considered to be the driving force and direction of human demand in the sports group.
