Abstract

The purpose of the study is to study the patterns of functional improvement of body muscles in young volleyball, basketball and handball players. The higher the level of general training of an athlete volleyball player, basketball player and handball player, the less the indicators of general training change during the year-round process. It is necessary to pay more attention to even the smallest changes and look for the most important facts about a volleyball player. Therefore, it is important to individually approach the results of laboratory studies of fitness diagnostics, taking into account the characteristics of the functional state of a particular athlete. Physiological patterns of physical fitness development are the same for all categories of athletes. It should be noted that among highly qualified volleyball players, like all representatives of team sports, the volume of heart contractions, heart rate and its variability, as well as the myocardial tension index, do not have significant differences from similar indicators among representatives. In young volleyball, basketball and handball players, the body consists of several body segments held together by muscles, flexible joints, and controlled by the neuromuscular system. The posture that determines the direction of any segment of the body along the vector of gravity and creates the relative position of the elements of the body at any moment, consists of a complex combination of positions in various joints at that moment. It is said that the ideal posture is formed when all parts of the body are aligned vertically, and the axes of all joints cross the line of gravity.
