The aim of the study is to investigate the parameters of hand muscles in volleyball players determined in "power/ power/intensity/speed" analyses. Abraham, Collins and Martindale (2006) proposed a coaching knowledge schema as "sport-specific knowledge, pedagogical knowledge, and coaching science-specific knowledge". In order for coaches to effectively influence their athletes, learning knowledge and experience can be viewed in terms of learning knowledge. Berliner (1991) suggested that there are three types of knowledge that a teacher should have in the process of teaching a specialization: pedagogical knowledge "New Horizons in Sports Science"; pedagogical knowledge; content knowledge. In fact, the knowledge of coaching and teaching seems to be on the same level in the path of specialization. In this context, coaches must combine coaching science, sports knowledge and pedagogical knowledge in the field of teaching in order to specialize and organize their education accordingly.
To be successful, coaches must be able to communicate and interact regularly with athletes, parents, other coaches, managers and field experts. Coaches who have a good relationship with their athletes allow them to monitor and provide feedback more frequently and thoroughly. In addition, it is argued that coaches should help athletes become selfconfident individuals in sport and society. In this context, it is considered important for coaches to guide the athlete on the right path in matters such as education, relationships and goals, to allocate time to the athlete outside of training time, to offer solutions to their problems, or to support the sport.
