Abstract

Physical culture and sports have become an integral part of the life of modern society. Physical education classes in schools are not the only place where sports are encouraged. Every year more and more people visit sports stadiums and halls and engage in intense physical exercise. In this regard, medical monitoring of the health of athletes is becoming increasingly important. Self-control and measures to prevent injuries also play an important role. The purpose of this article is to study the features of self-control and prevention of injuries in independent physical education and sports.
