DYNAMICS AND STUDY OF CHANGES IN BIOIMPEDANCE ANALYSIS INDICATORS OF BODY COMPONENTS IN THE ANNUAL STAGES OF FOOTBALL PLAYER TRAINING
https://sportsciencejournal.org/index.php/ssj/article/view/782

Soccer is one of the most popular sports in the world. This sports game is played between two teams, each team having 11 players. Except for the goalkeeper (the goalkeeper can only hold the ball with his hands in the penalty area), it is a violation of the rules of the game for other players to touch the ball with their hands or arms. It is known that a number of changes are observed in the athlete's body during training and playing. These conditions can be psychological, biological, physiological. Before the competition, the stress of the athlete, aerobic and anaerobic processes and other changes occurring in the athlete's body during the competition are observed. It should be important for athletes, coaches, and medical staff to know whether these changes are caused by any pathological process. It is for this reason that a number of modern methods are used to investigate the changes occurring in the athlete's body and to take a closer look at it. A method of analysis called bioimpedance is used to measure muscle mass, fat, fat percentage, intracellular and extracellular water content in athletes, and to clarify the presence or absence of injury. Thanks to this method of analysis, it is possible to clearly observe how that type of sport affects the body of athletes engaged in any kind of sport. Also, in comparing the effects of sports on the body of athletes, it allows to observe the differences in the effects of sports on female and male athletes. This modern method is considered one of the indispensable analysis methods used in developed countries of the world recently.

STUDY OF THE ACTIVITY OF ANTIOXIDANT PROTECTION ENZYMES IN THE BLOOD PLASMA OF ATHLETES DURING PHYSICAL EXERCISES
https://sportsciencejournal.org/index.php/ssj/article/view/783

The article is devoted to the study of the dynamics of activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) and glutatione peroxidase was investigated in blood serum of athletes during one year training and competitive season. The SOD and CAT activity is significantly reduced and doesn’t return to control levels during the year. These changes prove chronic decompensation in the antioxidant defense system. In athletes glutatione peroxidase is the leading enzyme realizing protection against reactive oxygen species in blood serum of sportsmen. A compensatory increase in its activity is observed in relation to the level of the control group.

A STUDY EVALUATING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE SEAS (SCIENTIFIC EXERCISES APPROACH TO SCOLIOSIS) METHOD IN COMPARISON WITH TRADITIONAL THERAPEUTIC EXERCISES IN THE TREATMENT OF SECOND-DEGREE SCOLIOSIS IN ADOLESCENTS 12-14 YEARS OLD
https://sportsciencejournal.org/index.php/ssj/article/view/784

40 research participants were randomly divided into two groups: experimental and control groups. As a result, there was a noticeable improvement in the clinical course of the disease and a decrease in complaints among the participants of the experimental group. In addition, a significant reduction in asymmetry and breast lump was found among SEAS group members compared to the control group. Thus, as a result of the study, it was found that the application of the SEAS method provides better and faster results than traditional methods in the treatment of seconddary scoliosis among adolescents. In addition, although the application of SEAS is convenient in practice, it is a method that requires constant supervision by a specialist.Despite all this, new and larger studies are needed to confirm the results found and determine their effectiveness in the long term. The novelty of the study is that, for the first time, the comparative analysis and effectiveness level of the SEAS method compared to the traditional approach was measured.

THE USE OF NON-TRADITIONAL WELLNESS TECHNIQUES IN ADAPTIVE PHYSICAL EDUCATION
https://sportsciencejournal.org/index.php/ssj/article/view/787

Alternative approaches to wellness play an important role in restoring the health of people with disabilities. In recent decades, non-traditional forms of physical activity have attracted considerable attention from scientists. The term "unconventional" usually means unusual and new. Non-traditional wellness systems are not part of local traditions, but have been introduced from other cultures. Examples of such systems are Eastern healing techniques such as wushu, yoga, qigong, as well as Western non-traditional exercise systems such as shaping, breathing practices, sports aerobics and others. The effectiveness of using non-traditional techniques and technologies in adaptive physical culture has been confirmed by practice many times.

IMPORTANCE OF SPORTS DIET FOR ATHLETES
https://sportsciencejournal.org/index.php/ssj/article/view/793

Nutrition plays an important role in sports. It also has a great impact on sports performance. Nutrition awareness plays an important role for athletes. Many factors that may be related to different fields can affect an athlete's performance during a competition. The most common nutritional problem among athletes is that they do not consume enough total food energy. A balanced diet and good dietary practices allow athletes to train hard, recover energy quickly, and adapt better, reducing the risk of illness and injury. Athletes should use appropriate nutritional strategies before and after their performance to achieve the best results. They should pay special attention to the amount of carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins, and minerals in their food.

A key element of sports nutrition is the manipulation of body mass and body composition. A reduction in fat mass is desired in many weight-bearing sports, and an increase in muscle mass may be an advantage in strengthbased sports. Finally, nutritional requirements may be different for women, younger and older athletes. These categories have different physiological needs related to age and sex, and specific nutritional strategies must be planned to ensure adequate training adaptations and maintain overall health.

IMPORTANCE OF CORRECT PRONUNCIATION IN LEARNING ENGLISH
https://sportsciencejournal.org/index.php/ssj/article/view/796

Students with good communication skills will be understood even if they make mistakes in other areas, while students with poor pronunciation will not be understood even if their grammar is perfect. Students with bad pronunciation feel lonely, have difficulty at work, avoid speaking English, and have limited opportunities for further education. If the sound of the word is different, it can lead the listener to other meanings, and if this happens, it is very clear that it is not the correct communication. Everyone judges people by the way they communicate, and thus learners with poor pronunciation may be viewed as uneducated, uninformed, or incompetent in pronunciation. So, students should have knowledge about pronunciation. Many learners find pronunciation to be a difficult aspect of the English language. Therefore, there should be some kind of instruction and practice in the classroom. Pronunciation refers to the way words are spoken. With pronunciation skills, anyone will be able to pronounce words correctly while speaking English and gain confidence to speak English. Correct pronunciation can be defined as the reproduction of language sounds to easily convey the intended message. The exact meaning of pronunciation is how the word is pronounced. If we change the pronunciation, the meaning will also change. This article analyzes the importance of pronunciation and discusses pronunciation and communication in English.

FEATURES OF SPORTS SPONSORSHİP İN AZERBAİJAN
https://sportsciencejournal.org/index.php/ssj/article/view/798

Relevance of the topic. Today, rapidly developing technologies have created a plethora of communication tools, and sponsorship has been added to effectively used marketing tools such as public relations, advertising and sales promotion. Factors such as government bans on tobacco and alcohol advertising, increased advertising costs and increased leisure time contributed to the development of sponsorship.

Sponsorship has not only established itself as a well-known concept of advertising, but since sponsored events can gain more space in mass communication, it is now widely developed and spread throughout the world. Sponsorship, which is developing everywhere, is becoming more and more in demand every day. Sponsorship, most prominently seen in sports sponsorship, has become a source of funding for sports. The fact that the government budget is not enough to accommodate the growing financial resources and increased financial resources required for sports has made sponsorship popular. The financial problems experienced showed the fact that organizations cannot be implemented without help. The fact that the sport does not appeal to a specific audience such as culture, art and music, and that it contains universal and national sentiments, has encouraged sponsoring companies to sponsor the sport. Since sports sponsorship can reach more audiences than other sponsorships, it ensures that services and products reach the target audience in a short time.
