COMPARISON OF TEAMS ACCORDING TO THEIR SPORTING RESULTS USING MATH STATISTICAL METHODS

Abstract

In this research, compareson of two football teams based on goal scoring was carried out using statistics method. For this purpose, according to the results of 10 games played by football teams, the mean value, dispersion, root mean square deviation and coefficient of variation were calculated and compared. As a result, it was decided on which team had displayed better quality and stable play and at the same time, it was decided on which of them had been better trained.
