Although football is a team game, individual indicators and performances of the team members determine the results of the team. Genetic factors, proper training and nutrition are among the factors that affect the performance of a football player. Maintaining the balance of carbohydrates, vitamins, proteins and minerals in football players also protects performance. It is important to maintain the amount of proteins and minerals at an optimal level in order to maintain and improve performance and for the football player to succeed.
