The role of women and men in society has a great impact on the economy and especially on economic development, as in various fields. However, it is observed that the perspectives of the traditional economic approach put men in the foreground and are not sufficient to explain the current situation of women. Although works on "Women and Economy" have been carried out in the historical development of the economy, "Feminist economics" or "Gender economics" fully appeared in the 1980s. Feminist economics does not intend to question the place of women in the economy, it aims to create a new approach that will include women's perspective in traditional economics. However, due to the fact that women have been limited in economic and social life for many years, due to not being given enough rights to speak, feminist economics is more focused on eliminating this treatment that women are subjected to.
