RESTORATİON OF THE MUSCULOSKELETAL SYSTEM WİTH THE HELP OF PHYSİCAL EDUCATİON

Abstract

The article reflects some issues of improving the health of people with disorders of the musculoskeletal system with the help of physical education. Problems cau-sed by injuries of the musculoskeletal system and ways to solve them were also investigated. Since physical exercises are considered the most versatile and affordable means of restoring injuries and disorders in the musculos-keletal system, the changes that occurred depending on the degree of damage types and the nature of their individual characteristics were determined and recorded. The use of various movements performed with the ball has a positive effect on the development of all physical qualities. Therefore, recommendations are also given for performing game actions with the ball. In such cases, it is assumed that high emotionality and gambling addiction effectively affect the performance of applied motormotor tasks.
