The main goal of the work was to evaluate the characteristics of the functional state of the cardiovascular system before and after physical load. The Rufye test was used as a physical load.
As a result of research, the impact of physical load on the functional state of the cardiovascular system has been revealed. Various reconstructions were found in the direction of the cardiovascular system, which arise in response to regular physical activity of different muscle activity.
