Abstract

Under the new pedagogical thinking of the teacher, as a factor in the humanization of education, in the broad sense of the word, it means the full pedagogical workflow of the teaching staff of the school, aimed at the knowledge of new values ​​of education by teachers, at the assimilation of these values ​​and the implementation of these values ​​in their practical activities for humanization school environment. The process of formation of a new pedagogical thinking of the teacher has common features with the general pedagogical process of the school. As a general process, it takes place in a certain space, educational and creative environment, characterized by twoway communication. At the same time, the process of the formation of a new pedagogical thinking, aimed at the humanization of the teacher, the school of education has a number of features.
