Application of correlation analysis in sports

Abstract

As a result of the test, conducted with members of the national team of women handball players, there were determined the strength of the relationship of two signs: right hand dynamometry and the length of the ball throwing distance. According to these indicators, the correlation coefficient was calculated. Based on the analysis of the results of the tests performed, it can be concluded that during training the women handball players of the national team should focus on movements that increase the strength of the right hand.
