Use of ideomotor training in shooting sport

Abstract

There are features of ideomotor shooting considered in this articles as the component of training of a shooter, allowing to from an ability of clear picturing particular elements of shooting techniques subtly analyzing musculoskeletal, visual and other senses. Also,  there are of experimental research of ideomotor training impact on shooting effectiveness shown in this paper.
