INVESTIGATION OF THE EFFECT OF BASKETBALL PLAYER-COACH INTERACTION ON THE EFFICIENCY OF THE GAME
Abstract
This scientific work is devoted to the analysis of the relationship problem in basketball teams. The principles of the formation of mutual relations in the "coachathlete" and "athlete-athlete" systems, the influence of objective and subjective factors on them, as well as the role of socialpsychological factors such as leadership, management style, compatibility in the dynamics of interpersonal interaction were investigated in the basketball sport.
