THE ROLE OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS

Abstract

The article discusses the role of physical education in the development of children and adolescents. Physical training is important for the development of the human body and should be applied to the body from an early age. Studies show that the health and longevity of the human body depends on a detailed physical education from an early age.
