PSYCHOLOGICAL TRAINING OF GYMNASTS IN MODERN SPORT
Abstract
In the article “Psychological training of gymnasts in modern sports” the problems of psychology in modern sports, the basics and planning of the psychological training of gymnasts are reviewed. Recommendations necessary for the educational training of highly qualified athletes are given to coaches.
