Abstract

The increase in social significance and the complication of the content of the teacher's work dictates the need to improve the entire system of his training. One of the leading places in the system of training specialists belongs to production and pedagogical practice, which is designed to equip students with knowledge of the basics of pedagogical activity. Understanding the importance of industrial practice in the professional development of students will predetermine the correct organization of the entire educational process. This article examines the role of production and pedagogical practice in the formation of professional thinking, the development of pedagogical skills and abilities, in the comprehension and understanding of the future profession by students.
