The concept "gender equality" is now gaining prominence around the world in sport and sport-related areas, becoming an important and critical part of Human Resources Management (further: HRM). Gender equality is considered one of the fundamental values of good governance in sports organizations and achieving it has been one of the most important recent trends in most sports organizations.
