More than 40 percent of the world's students are English learners, and that number is growing. These English-speaking students, unlike their English-speaking peers, need special education. A number of studies are needed to learn about these needs and best practices to address them. This article examines the problems encountered in creating a supportive environment for learning English on a global scale, and the reasons for creating a basic environment for learning the language in general. The demand for the English language in all areas of human activity is growing every day. As a result, most people who are aiming for greater goals in their field of endeavor try to learn the language. Creating a supportive environment during the English language learning phase encourages a more comfortable understanding of the language, learning and speaking fluently. All these issues are explained in detail in the article, as well as each of the stages and problems shown has been resolved.
