Abstract

The role of foreign languages Azerbaijani athletes integration to the foreign countries during the period of independence, relevant legislative acts related to these issues, government programs, other official documents, scientific analysis of decrees and resolutions, the role of the English language in the world at present in diplomacy, in commerce, in navigation, in science, in technology, in mass media, the study and analysis of the current position of foreign languages ​​in international relations of athletes during the period of independence, the creation of conditions for Azerbaijanis scattered across different countries of the world, with the aim of receiving education in the Azerbaijan Republic, the strategic benefits of their specialization, the foreign language knowledge of all developed countries, the most important and actual issues of the time, the role of foreign language knowledge in studying of international and intercultural relations, in building relationships between people, as well as in the business world, studying the level of language educational institutions created for the development of foreign languages ​​in Azerbaijan, as well as other problems found their solution in this article.
